• Consumer Agreement

• Fab Shop Gift Certificates

  The Fab Shop Certificates are generated by Fab Shop and not by our cart, the number you receive in your congratulatory email will not work as a coupon code at our site. Please put your code into the special instructions area during check out. We will check your number with the winner list  we have received. we will correct the subtotal and send in the charge. We am sorry for the additional steps. Please do not use paypal as they will charge you immediately and we will have to send a refund.




• Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Rates

  Our shipping rates are based on published USPS rates with a $1.00 handle fee per order.

  Flat Rate Shipping

  We have an option for a flat rate envelope, which holds 4-5 yards of quilt weight fabric and a flat rate box, which can hold approx 25 yards of quilt weight fabric. Bulky fabrics like home decor, flannel and linen will not usually fit into a flat rate envelope with out distorting the envelope beyond postal regulations. If you choose the flat rate box and order more fabric that can fit in it you will be assessed an additional shipping charge to cover the cost of your shipping.

  The following are USPS' clarified guidelines based on already-existing rules, as communicated in late-December 2010, for mailing using flat rate packaging, which does leave discretion in the hands of the local post office employees:
  Shipments in flat rate packaging must close with the pre-creased seal, without reinforcement.
  Packaging cannot be altered (i.e., cut or reshaped) in any way.
  Tape may be applied to the flaps and seams to reinforce the container as long as the container is not enlarged by opening the sides.
  Customers cannot mark out "Flat Rate" on the packaging and ship it using a different rate.
  Seams should not appear overstuffed and bulging.
  

  International Shipping
  Our cart receives it shipping parameters directly from the USPS, a flat rate envelope must not extend past a certain depth, placing more than 5 yards into the envelope exceeds the depth allowed by the post office and these packages are often refused.
  
  If you feel that the shipping is incorrect, please use the print & call option under payment options. This hold the fabric in your name and then we will contact you about about the shipping. The post office is getting more and more stringent about the distortion of their flat rate product and occasionally I do have to contact the customer if their package is refused. 

  Free Shipping We occasionally offer free shipping, during those times we will use the least expensive shipping method, regardless of the choice made by the customer. If you need your fabric to arrives using a specific carrier please indicate that in the special instructions.
  Some Art Fabric is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local carrier to make claims. Additional insurance can be purchase at customers request.




• International

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Some Art Fabric is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local carrier to make claims.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Some Art Fabric is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Some Art Fabric is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit. Additional insurance can be purchase at customers request.




• Sales Tax

• Some Art Fabric charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Orders shipped to addresses in the state of Georgia, USA will be charged 6% sales tax.
